Passions and Expertise
Alexandra is endlessly pursuing her passions of breath, dance and movement. With a Masters in neuroscience she continues to develop an understanding of traditional spiritual practices and the science that explains why and how they work. Her interests focus on movement and the body, and how to explore and utilise somatic practices to support vitality and well being.
